Hi Niall,

One question, are there any X headers added, particularly by SA, and if 
so where do they appear ?

And one suggestion  MessageID is not usually contained within the 
message, ie Content-Type is normally the final header.

Could SA be seeing the presence of the MessageID header after the 
Multipart but before the individual parts as a syntax error?
