Apparently (following a quick chat on #linux), this device slowness is
related to :

- the CPU itself
- the network (via driver)

After a bit of testing, unencrypted using wget got me about 2.5MB/s.
The drives are fine, definitely a limitation of the device itself, I
already posted it on ebay.
