[ILUG] [Q] editing an M$-Word(?) drawing with OO.org - how?

I vaguely remember that when running word, ctrl shift f9 on an object seemed
to complete the embedding of the object in the document (so no ole
dependencies).  This was a while ago so it could be a totally wacky
suggestion.
