[ILUG] Irish IP GeoLocation?

Hi,

The best way to do this would be to use a geoip database from Quova or
Maxmind (prices vary). Then you'd probably have to use something like
libipq and look up the database everytime a new connection is
instantiated. Satellite providers etc will still cause issues.
