Thinking of this for the new box.

Is it just the mesa libraries habe to be added for opengl,
or does some stuff have to be added to kernels by the user 
(Ubuntu Studio 1Alpha) crossgrade from Xubuntu 7.10

As the box is set up with the inbuilt Intel graphics chip,
would it freak when new card added, or is OS re-install advised?
