[ILUG] Wouldn't it be nice to have an ILUG event in cork

ILUG is bottom-up.  If you want an event in Cork, get some like-minded
people together and organise one!

Most members are in Dublin, so it's natural that that's where events tend to
happen.  But there should be enough of a corpus in Cork to make something
happen there.
