Does it work as fast as advertised?

The HP4260 currently in Lidl might be too cheap. It said up to 30ppm on
the box. At the moment, it looks wrong by a factor of 30. Black text
gets printed with all 3 colours of ink, unless I select Properties
whenever I want to print, and change Printout Mode to Greyscale.

But it does work, I'm sure there's something I can set that will improve
things. Wish I could figure out what.

It might also be too modern. The ink is mad expensive, but you'd expect
that. I thought I could buy spurious compatibles. But it seems the
printer is too new, compatible cartridges are not yet available. But
that's a problem time will solve... if the printer doesn't wear out
first. At that price, I'd be surprised if it was built to last.
