Is the daemon still running?
Where is the NTP server located --> on t'interwebs or internal?
Is it still accessible -- betcha it's not.
Will need to see some logs to say any more.

Databases or what? If just normal common or garden fileserver, then you can
happily update em with say
"ntpdate -u your_ntp_server"
I would also "hwclock --systohc" too for the craic.
