Didn't realise there was quite that much variability in their cards.

It's a WinTV PVR-150, which I understand was the basis for their WinTV Express 
card at the time too. The driver is ivtv 
(http://ivtvdriver.org/index.php/Main_Page), which as I understand it was 
merged into the kernel since some time in the 2.6.2x era.

ivtv covers the PVR 150/250/350/500 and a number of other Conexant-based 
chipsets. The supported hardware section of the wiki has more details, and 
alternate drivers for some not supported hardware.
