[ILUG] Python strip "]" from string

Hello Everyone,
Thanks for the help. Apparently theres an evil bit of whitespace at the end that string.
Technically using strip() wasnt incorrect as the bracket seemed to be at the end of the string.
Conveniently i have two books on python, both of which are on the other side of the country, where
i left them when i stopped using python.
Anyway i expected it to be something stupid but i preferred to ask and risk looking stupid than spend three
days banging my head on a wall.
