[ILUG] open source case management and knowledgebase tool.

Hello all,

My employer has asked me to look into a case management tool that is
integrated with a knowledge base. they are prepared to pay for this
tool if it suits their requirements.

I am hoping to find an open source tool so changes can be made to
ensure the tool is customized to the requirements of different
departments.

Any suggestions would be welcome
