Hey,
I'll be honest, this is the first I've heard of "limited writes" to SSD. We
got
a ton of IBM servers with SSD drives, the sales reps sure didn't mention
that!
But, for an eeePC, is it that much of an issue that you'd be basing
your distro on it, and dropping journalling?!

have a eee701 thats about 2 years old and I'm going to replace
it as soon as I can get my hands on a 1000HE. I don't imagine
I'll be keeping my new one for more than two years either.
