[ILUG] Crontab

Hi all,
Is it possible to run a command with crontab but only every second Sunday?
I need stop and start SAP every second Sunday on one server, my crontab entry work well for every sunday but I am clueless to have it scheduled every 2nd Sunday...

0 3 * * 0 /usr/bin/su - sapadm -c "stopsap"
30 3 * * 0 /usr/bin/su - sapadm -c "startsap"

A bit of help would be nice
