[ILUG] Debian question

You've got two options when it comes to Debian, you can either select 
"stable", "testing" or "unstable", and when Debian release Lenny ("any day 
now!") you download hundreds of packages, or you can actually specify a 
release ("Sarge", "Etch", "Lenny" etc.) in sources.list, so you'll stay on 
that release forever, and only receive security upgrades.
