I wonder if there's any chance of Google, Yahoo, and Hotmail/Microsoft suing these people? I'm sure there's something in the various webmail T&C's, disallowing spam. I see Yahoo has this under section 6(g) in their T&C, as well as perhaps 6(c & d)
