Typical - misimplemented and it'll be made a joke of.
Problems as I see it:
- No definition of 'filesharing'
- Reliance on a crowd of muppets to provide information that will lead to
denial of service
- No distinction between copyright violation and allowed sharing
- No distiction between types of shared data (e.g. open source v. music)
- No appeals procedure.
Idiots.
I wonder what IMRO's stance on the matter is - the same people that sent a
'cease and desist' to a fellow Skynet member that his own music shared...
Anyone involved in the other providers, please tell the music companies
where to shove it.
