Probably by the same illegal methods they wanted Eircom to do for them
or maybe just based on hearsay,

But even so, without any sort of legal action it could be very
difficult to remove somebodies Internet service based solely on the
information provided by a record label.
This whole agreement could put Eircom in some hot water in the long run.
