Just reading another article on the same site

So if Eircom are not revealing the identites, and just disconnecting the 
user, the following comes to mind.

How are the industry going to pursue this in court if the details of the 
users are not being released ?
Whats to stop disconnected people from signing up with another ISP after 
disconnection?
