I agree. Smart has good service, and you actually get the bandwidth
that you pay for. I have a 4Mb up / 1Mb down connexion, and according
to irishisptest.com, I am currently getting 3.87Mb up / 767 down. I've
not seen much if any contention on the line even during peak times.

Not to mention that they have a huge a la carte menu of options. I was
able to upgrade just my upload speed when I found that uploading
pictures to Flickr and Skype video chats were a little slow.
