What does your friend hope to achieve. What would it take on the part of the
company
to resolve the situation. Does he want them to stop using his photos, or
does he want
financial compensation.

I know this is yo-yo-ed far too much around the net, but it might be
worthwhile in this
particular case to get professional legal advice, or failing that ask this
question where
there is more likely to be qualified legal people availalble to provide an
answer.
