whirlpool.net.au is an Australian online tech forum. The guy who runs it 
keeps stats on people he bans for spamming or just being a general "garden 
variety arsehole" (his technical term, not mine)...

While the Israelis are apparently well out in front in terms of garden 
variety arseholes, it is interesting to see that we in Ireland are also 
punching about our weight on this particular metric, along with the 
Germans.  Not surprising in our case, considering that our country is full 
of blow-hards who like venting some considerable quantity of **** - just 
look at our politicians!
