I'm not sure (actually I'm not sure that the algorythm has even been decided
on).

I've talked to the GeoDirectory people before and they've told me that the
post man deduces many things to deliver mail especially in the country side
(eg. Tom Murphy Snr has a BOI account whereas his son living down the same
road has an AIB account)
