Hi,

Just to correct specs (vast amount of these devices) it is 200Mpbs one
way so it gives you 100Mbps duplex more or less, and they only work on
the flat electrical network so you cannot have any capacitors or big
resistors in-between the plug-in points also big power fluctuations (old
buildings with bad wiring) makes for poor transfer rate. So if you have
good electrical installation you should be ok.
