[ILUG] Any advice for RSI?

I had severe tendonitis and RSI in my wrists for years. using the 
Microsoft Ergonomic keyboards - esp the Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 - 
helped, as did minimizing laptop use.

The biggest breakthrough for me

With these few exercises, I've been pain free for ages. I found their 
effectiveness absolutely astonishing.
