[ILUG] user account info

Thank Ivan,
I removed all the files in /tmp owned by that user.
with no Joy.
Not sure about the sockets and pipes, what am I looking for and where?

You may have sorted this already. If you haven't, one thing I'd suggest is 
removing any files owned by that user in /tmp - sockets, pipes, that kind 
of thing.  Also, ensure that any processes owned by that user are also 
killed - dbus, that kind of thing.

Then try to re-log them in...
