[ILUG] moving a calendar and tasks from Kontact to Google Calender

any ideas?

the obvious solution would be to export from the Kontact calender to 
.ics format and import into Google.
But, that gives me the following error in google:

Processed zero events.

Failed to import events: Processing error during upload.

================================

Kontact says it can export as icalender, vcalender and web-page.
Google says it can import icalendar and csv

Even tried importing into Lightning in Thunderbird, but that's simply 
broken. Can't even add a task manually in Lightning...
