[ILUG] Deploying a Ruby on Rails app to EC2

You don't mention what stack you are using ?
Is it rails 3 ? rails 2.10 MySql ? Passanger ? Apache? Nginx?
One box or several ?

Rubber is the latest I've heard of, but I've never used it :

It is a capistrano plugin.

AFAIK there is no "blessed" rails on ec2 deployment tool.
You may need to sharpen your calf knife.
