That looks like it will work, provided you have a supported modem, and of course reasonable service, though you may have to switch your UPC router into gateway mode, if you have one of the newer Cisco devices. If you have the older simple cable modem, it should be plug and play.

Note that if you've a house full of people using your connection, you might want to keep a tight eye on data traffic on 3G.
