Hmm I tried this.

1. open html file
2. _export_ to odt
3. open odt

libreoffice-writer-3.3.3.1-5.fc15.x86_64 then crashed with this backtrace:
http://www.pixelbeat.org/libreoffice.bt
That's not usable according to the automatic bug reporting tool BTW.
