I agree that we need a "list", but, assuming that the main contenders 
address all the basic requirements of the main ledgers, I think our list 
will then need to concentrate mainly on the unique Irish requirements - 
as we've noted in this thread already (VAT, ROS/CRO, Payroll, etc).

I agree. And most folks will probably have deep experience in a few (at 
most) of the main products, and it would take very serious time for 
people who are not familiar with products, to evaluate them in depth.
