[ILUG] AGM/Call for speakers.

ILUG AGM will be held on the 5th of November at 2:30 in the ICS
headquarters opposite St Stephen's Church (the "Pepper canister")

Given that this is the 20th anniversary of Linux we might expect a
birthday theme.  There will be cake.
