[ILUG] Open wireless networks

Hi Kieran,

That's great. I was reading yesterday about Johannesburg and Pretoria's
networks and they seem to be very active and working well.

What would be needed to start something like that? I'd be happy to
participate in something like this if the costs involved are not very high.
