Michael,

AFAIK (I'm NOT an accountant!), all the main ledgers, etc, should be fine.
But, as mentioned previously, the ROS interfaces would be unique to us
(Ireland!), obviously.
And the VAT system is very similar, but different:
- Our reporting periods are different (which should not be a major
problem):
- Our form layouts are different (not major?).
- Our handling of "Cash Accounting" VAT is different - for these
businesses, we run the Cash-Accounting scheme only on the Sales, and, I
think the UK approach is to run it on Purchases also.
- There are probably some other differences...
I also had a quick glance at the demo - than you for setting it up:
- I could not see how to drill-down to details of products,
customers, VAT-tables, etc. Clearly, there's "buckets" of stuff in
there, but it was not obvious to me how to locate it! (My problem!).
- When I tried to look at Suppliers' "Forms/Lists", the system always
crashed.
- I had no problems with the server, screen images, etc, and never
had to "refresh" from the server.
Mike.
