Hey,

I'll subscribe to the ilug at linux.ie. I wont be able to attend the meeting
next Friday as I will be 18 and intend to do a lot of celebrating. I know a
place in Athlone that you could maybe host a meeting for free sometime I
know a lot of people with Linux projects that may be interested in the iLUG.
My project was a black box networking solution. I could probably tell more
about it and demonstrate it at a meeting sometime. I doubt if I'll actually
be able to get to a meeting in Longford for a while due to the fact my Mocks
are in 2 weeks and then my leaving cert. but i might over easter or sometime
like that.

Regards,
Mark

Hi Mark,

That's very interesing news. What was your project about? We're having a
meeting in Longford next friday evening if you'd like
to join us. This list certainly sounds likey to be an itnerest to you. Alot
more discussion goes on day-to-day on the main ilug list
aswell, ie ilug at linux.ie, I'd suggest subscribing there too.

Regards,
Patrick.

Hi All,

My name is Mark Grenham, I'm a 17 year old student of Marist
College, Athlone. I've been big into computers for the last 10 years and
about 4 years ago came across Linux. Since then I've been trying to convert
people over to the superior operating system.

At the EsatBT Young Scientist & Technology exhibiton I was exhibiting my
project which was based on Linux technology. I won 3 prizes from Intel, Dell
and Esat BT themsleves. I was told I should contact you guys at Linux.ie and
that you were always looking for Linux users willing to share thier
knowledge and ideas. Well I just joined the mailing list and hope to hear
more from you all.

    Kind Regards,

    Mark Grenham
