True but it's really up to you who you want to persecute over use of
your trademark.  Apart from just wanting to cause trouble, I was
thinking that the lawyers would waste no time telling us to stop
identifying ourselves as ILUG if they thought we were better known by it
than they...

This could forestall such proceedings (however remote the chances are of
them doing anything but like I said, I'd just like a bit of a scrap -
I'm bored) maybe?
