[ILUG-Social] really really simple regex question...

Ah yes - i'd actually thought of that, there's just one problem, _how_ do
you negate it? I can't figure it out. I'm using vi btw. I do realise that
grep -v would negate it, but can you not put the negation in the regex
itself?
