I don't see too many options for Wexford. Irish Broadband say
that they will have coverage in Wexford by late 2005.

Check for any local community broadband networks.

Share your connection with a neighbour and split the cost.
This is probably against T&C.

Get a large dish and point it at McDonalds :-)
