[ Design templates ] 
- Get people to submit templates for a design by a certain
date.
- Pick the best design OR the best features of a couple of designs
- Take out the crappy silly features, e-mail the respective people involved,
  ask for a secondary template including all the good stuff of their
  template(s)

[ Backend Systems ]
- Do same thing as above, get people to design a backend system and pick the
  best.

[ Layout ]
- Layout should be decided by a group of people, sit down somewhere and get it
  to be done.
