Both Zope and Midgard are the two application servers for Apache. They
give you the frame work for making your own site. I've not played with
Zope at all - Midgard is really good, but you still have a lot of work to
do (though there is a Mozilla application now for assisting in building
sites) before you can let people rip with it.
